Hello! My name is Nicki Peterson and welcome to my website.

I have a degree in Advertising with a minor in Design Studies from Iowa State Univerisity – go Clones! Since graduation I have worked in a few industries helping with event planning, marketing and sales. I have always dreamt of owning my own business and am very excited to introduce you to Crosstown Creative Solutions.

After marrying the man of my dreams and moving to Grantsburg, WI in the fall of 2007, I have become extremely involved in the community. In the summer of ‘08 I joined the board of the Grantsburg Area Chamber of Commerce and currently serve as president. This gave me the incredible opportunity to meet many local business owners and to help promote our local community. In the first year I developed a website, a Facebook page, a monthly e-newsletter, organized networking/social events and started a community event called Grantoberfest. My love for all of these things led me to think I should follow my passion and start my own business as a graphic designer / web designer / marketing consultant … yes, I wear many hats!
